aibathroomredesign.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered bathroom redesign tool that lets you upload a photo of your bathroom and receive AI-generated redesign ideas. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use our AI bathroom redesign service.

2. Data We Collect

The Service works without an account. We collect only:

• Order data: Your email address (collected by Stripe at checkout), the pack you bought, and the status of your generations.
• Uploaded images: Bathroom photos you upload for AI redesign processing.
• Generated images: AI-generated redesign results tied to your order.
• Usage data: Pages visited and interactions with our tool (see “Cookies” below).
• Payment data: Transaction records processed by Stripe (we do not store your card details).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve our AI bathroom redesign service.
• To process your uploaded photos and generate redesign results.
• To process one-time payments via Stripe and deliver your order.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience.

• kie.ai — AI image generation API for bathroom redesign processing.

• Microsoft Clarity — Session recordings and heatmaps to improve UX.
• Vercel — Hosting and web analytics.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics tools (GA4, Clarity) may set cookies to measure aggregate usage. A random site ID stored in your browser helps us count aggregate usage (for example, how many visits turn into a design or a download); it is not linked to any advertising profile and is not used to identify you personally. Your browser also stores your order reference locally so you can return to your results — clearing your browser storage removes it.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel). Uploaded bathroom photos and AI-generated results are stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Orders are accessed via a private, unguessable link that only you hold.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your reference photos are deleted automatically as soon as all generations in your order are complete.
• Generated results are downloadable for 24 hours after payment; after that window they are automatically deleted.
• Order records (email, amount, pack) are kept for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Everything happens automatically — you never need to request deletion.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Opt out of analytics tracking.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our AI bathroom redesign service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
