2. Service Description

aibathroomredesign.com provides an AI-powered tool that transforms uploaded bathroom photos into redesigned versions using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided for personal and commercial design inspiration purposes.

3. Accounts

• You must create an account to use the AI bathroom redesign tool.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse free credits.

4. Credits & Pricing

• Free tier: 3 free AI bathroom redesigns per day (Basic model only).
• Paid credits: Purchased via one-time packs or subscription plans (Starter / Pro / Max).
• Credit usage: Basic model = 1 credit per generation; Pro model = 4 credits per generation.
• Monthly credits: Subscription credits reset each billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over.
• One-time credits: Credit pack purchases do not expire.
• Failed generations: Credits are automatically refunded for failed AI redesigns.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront; monthly subscriptions are billed each month.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, copyrighted, or explicit content for AI redesign processing.
• Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI bathroom redesign API.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your uploads: You retain ownership of bathroom photos you upload.
• AI-generated results: You may use AI bathroom redesign results for personal and commercial projects, including interior design planning, contractor briefs, and presentations.
• Service branding: The BathroomAI brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

AI-generated bathroom redesigns are for inspiration and visualization purposes only. They are not professional architectural or engineering advice. We do not guarantee that redesigns are structurally feasible or compliant with local building codes. Always consult a licensed contractor before proceeding with renovations.

9. Limitation of Liability

aibathroomredesign.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our AI bathroom redesign tool, including but not limited to renovation decisions based on AI-generated images.
